Employment Type: Project-based (2 years) with annual project bonusesAbout the RoleWe are looking for Project Engineers to support the successful execution of greenfield manufacturing and bottling projects in North Luzon. The role involves overseeing the installation, commissioning, and optimization of bottling and beverage process lines, as well as supporting utility systems and plant infrastructure. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to deliver high-impact capital projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end project execution for new manufacturing lines, equipment installation, and utility systems.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and monitoring to ensure timely and quality delivery of capital projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to align engineering requirements with project goals.
- Supervise on-site execution of equipment installation, commissioning, and validation.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions to address project challenges.
- Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and handover documents.
- 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in project management and engineering within the FMCG or manufacturing industry, with a strong focus on bottling and beverage process lines.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end project execution, including new line expansions, production line installations, and utility systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in cross-functional leadership, vendor management, and coordination of multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of engineering standards, project management methodologies, and safety compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Engineering license or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
