A Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying highly profitable business opportunities and securing strategic business deals, contributing to the company&aposs financial growth. His/her job involves understanding customers' needs and pain points and implementing sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Manages the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, pitch, negotiation, and closing. Develop and maintain a robust network of contacts to attract new clients and business opportunities. Present and promote company products and services to prospective customers to meet and exceed revenue targets. Ensure that a high level of service is provided and client inquiries are handled attentively. Create proposals based on the client&aposs requirements. Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Prepare reports on sales activities, progress toward goals, and market conditions. Perform other functions that may be assigned to him/her.
