Key Responsibilities: Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding induction program for new members joining the team including liaising with Operations Leads, QA, and SMEs On-going Training Develop and conduct training on relevant product, process, program updates and essential soft skills to new and existing employees Create training materials such as manuals, instructional guides, multimedia presentations, and other resources to support training initiatives. Continuously monitor and assess the performance of employees during and after training sessions. Identify areas where additional support or retraining may be needed. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, feedback, tests, and performance evaluations to ensure that learning outcomes are achieved. Update and improve training programs based on feedback, new research, and changes within the organization or industry. Reporting Develop and maintain training records including performance feedback as it relates to members abilities Create an interaction library that can be used for learning sessions, meetings, etc. (a minimum of 10 interactions) Analyze knowledge gaps and create effective recommendations to drive team performance Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and certifications. Other responsibilities: Maintain multiple shared Excel spreadsheets simultaneously with Operations Run weekly/monthly reports Work with the other team members to meet deadlines Participate in weekly team meetings Liase with other departments/team Customer service skills and dedication to providing accurate information based on Scenic resources Sound knowledge of Adult Learning Theories Effective time management and organizational skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Assertive Empathetic Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and successfully operate in a fast-paced team environment Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed Passion for generating great learning and development outcomes Flexible in work schedule and agile to change High attention to details, ability to connect the dots, investigate and ask questions if there is something unusual/out of the norm Maximizing resources on process documents and reference Quick to learn new systems and processes Good with numbers and logic High adaptation to priority changes Ability to multi-tasks Attention to details, well-organized is necessary!
