Powering People Operations with Precision and CareJob Overview:This role provides essential support to the People & Culture team, focusing on contract preparation, pre-employment documentation, and the accurate administration of employee data. It plays a vital part in maintaining the integrity of HR systems and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The position also supports cadet recruitment by screening applicants and coordinating interviews.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Employment Contract PreparationDraft employment contracts using approved templates.Confirm job details and employment terms with managers.Ensure legal compliance and timely delivery of contracts.Pre-Employment DocumentationCollect and track onboarding documents (IDs, work rights, qualifications).Follow up with candidates and maintain compliant records.Employee Data ManagementEnter new hire information into the HR system accurately.Maintain and audit employee records for accuracy.Process updates for promotions, transfers, and terminations.Cadet Screening & Interview CoordinationReview applications and conduct phone screenings.Shortlist candidates and coordinate interview schedules.Support candidate communications throughout the process.Qualifications:Experience in HR administration or a related field.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in HRIS or employee database systems.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Understanding of onboarding processes and employment compliance.BenefitsWhy Join Us?
