Sales Assistant – RTO & Business Training OrganisationJoin a dynamic RTO and business training organisation driving growth across Queensland! We’re seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to support our HR processes and Business Development team.This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, tech-savvy, and eager to take ownership of day-to-day administration and sales support tasks in a fast-paced environment.What You’ll Be DoingCoordinating HR processes, including onboarding, records management, and compliance.Supporting the Business Development Manager with appointment setting, reminders, and follow-ups.Accessing and filing AI-generated meeting notes, ensuring action items are tracked.Sending professional follow-up emails and client reminders.Managing our CRM (Zoho One) to keep pipelines updated and reports accurate.RequirementsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong administration and sales support skills with excellent attention to detail.Confident written and verbal communication abilities.Experience with Zoho One (or the ability to learn quickly with strong digital literacy).A proactive, professional approach with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.BenefitsWhy Join Us?
