Department Employee Experience Employee Type Probationary The Employee Experience Officer plays a critical role in enhancing HR effectiveness by reviewing and centralizing HR processes, partnering with business units to develop a unified HR platform, and ensuring strong governance of HR solutions. This role focuses on understanding employee pain points across the entire lifecycle and leveraging digital HR platforms to create a seamless, data-driven, and engaging employee experience. WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE HR Process Review & Employee Experience Enhancement Assess and refine HR processes to create standardized, centralized workflows that enhance efficiency and consistency across the organization. Identify pain points in each phase of the employee lifecycle-from recruitment and onboarding to development, retention, and offboarding-and implement targeted solutions. Collaborate with employees and managers to gather insights and proactively address HR-related challenges. HR Business Partnering & Centralized HR Platform Development Partner with business leaders to develop and implement a centralized HR platform that integrates HR services, ensuring a seamless employee experience. Recommend standard HR processes across departments to reduce complexity and enhance compliance. Governance & Optimization of Digital HR Solutions Oversee the governance and continuous improvement of HR technologies, ensuring they are user-friendly and aligned with business needs. Drive the adoption of a centralized digital HR ecosystem to simplify HR interactions and improve accessibility. Leverage data analytics to monitor HR system effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend enhancements. WHO ARE YOU Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in HR process standardization, business partnering, and HR digital transformation. Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and experience design. Expertise in HR technologies and centralized HR platforms. Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
