Manage the end-to-end performance evaluation processes for HQ and medical staff
Facilitate employee onboarding and coordinate training programs for new hires
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee disciplinary cases
Plan and execute company-wide events to boost and foster team morale
Handle facilities concerns and efforts to improve the overall employee experience
