
Customer Service Representative

- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and professional communication.'
- Resolve issues related to orders, returns, product details, shipment confirmations, and warranty claims across various platforms (Amazon, DTC, Home Depot, Wayfair, etc.).
- Provide product installation support and order entry assistance.
- Maintain accurate case records in HelpScout and follow established SOPs for escalation and resolution.
- Collaborate with logistics, sales, and warehouse teams to resolve fulfillment or product-related concerns.
- Assist customers through email, supplier channels, and platform-specific portals.
- Deliver excellent service aligned with company values and customer satisfaction goals.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks and special projects assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
- Provide detailed follow-up dates and times for customer responses.
- Monitor and manage assigned ticket buckets and use discretion for timely follow-ups.
- Complete all assigned tickets before the end of each day.
