We are in need of a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and guide the company’s long-term financial planning and performance. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, investments, risk management, compliance, and reporting. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will play a vital role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and supporting sustainable business growth.Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and treasury
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to the CEO, executive team, and board of directors
  • Manage cash flow, capital structure, and financing strategies to support business operations and expansion
  • Oversee financial audits, tax filings, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Assess financial risks and opportunities, and provide guidance on cost reduction and profitability improvement
  • Develop KPIs and performance metrics to monitor financial health and support data-driven decision-making
  • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Partner with other executives on strategic initiatives such as M&A, fundraising, and corporate development
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial systems, internal controls, and reporting standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • 8–10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably including time as a CFO or VP of Finance
  • Deep understanding of corporate financial law, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and financial modeling
  • Proven experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management
  • Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience with ERP and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Experience working with executive teams and boards, including investor relations if applicable
