Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) plays a pivotal role within an organization, responsible for overseeing all financial activities and strategies to ensure the company's fiscal health and sustainability. Duties and Responsibilities General Accounting, Reporting & Tax : Oversees timely and accurate financial statement preparation in line with accounting standards; ensures compliance with regulatory and tax requirements; maintains internal reporting processes, chart of accounts, and accurate financial records; manages fixed assets accounting and tax strategies to optimize liabilities and ensure regulatory compliance. Finance System : Evaluates existing financial systems, ensures accuracy and timeliness of finance activities and data, generates real-time financial reports, and collaborates with stakeholders to integrate finance systems with other business platforms for improved efficiency. Treasury & Investor Relations : Develops cash flow management strategies, optimizes working capital and capital allocation, manages banking relationships, and leads investor relations initiatives to communicate financial performance and strategy to stakeholders. Financial Planning : Implements long-term financial strategies aligned with business goals, conducts financial modeling and scenario analysis, leads budgeting and variance analysis, evaluates capital investments, and implements cost control and contingency planning. Cost Optimization & Efficiency : Analyzes cost structures, identifies opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements, and guides departments in maintaining budget discipline while ensuring operational effectiveness. Qualifications A holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy At least ten (10) years relevant working experience; at least five (5) years managing a team Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a requirement Show more Show less
