We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance department. This role is critical in ensuring the company's financial health, optimizing capital flows, and positioning the business for long-term growth in the fast-evolving fintech industry. The ideal candidate is not only a strong financial operator but also a trusted advisor - someone who can anticipate challenges, move capital efficiently across jurisdictions, and provide clear recommendations that enable the CEO and Board to make informed strategic decisions. Responsibilities: Develop and execute financial strategies that support the company's growth and expansion goals. Oversee treasury management, capital allocation, and liquidity planning - ensuring funds are efficiently and securely deployed. Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and capital structure to support scalability and resilience. Provide proactive financial insights and scenario planning to advise the CEO and leadership team. Establish robust internal controls and compliance frameworks tailored to the regulatory landscape of digital assets and financial services. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timeliness. Build and maintain relationships with investors, banking partners, auditors, regulators, and key external stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, tools, and processes to support a data-driven culture. Manage the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors. Requirements: Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance leader within financial services, fintech, digital assets, or related industries. Strong expertise in treasury, liquidity, and capital movement across multiple jurisdictions. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. Deep experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and risk management. Strong business judgment with the ability to serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to build and mentor high-performing finance teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels. High integrity, adaptability, and comfort working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
