Job Description :We are seeking a reliable and results-driven Warm Leads Calling Agent to support English-speaking clients in the construction and home improvement industries. This role focuses on outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting, ensuring consistent follow-ups and accurate tracking of all lead activity.The ideal candidate is comfortable making high-volume calls, follows structured scripts, and maintains a professional and engaging phone presence while supporting sales teams through effective lead management.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to homeowners in English-speaking markets
  • Follow provided scripts to introduce services and engage prospects
  • Qualify warm leads and schedule appointments for sales teams
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups
  • Track and manage leads across CRM systems and internal tools
  • Re-engage older lead databases to identify warm opportunities
  • Support meeting coordination, rebooking, and follow-up efforts
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service on all calls
Requirements
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or customer service
  • Ability to handle high call volumes daily
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and multiple communication platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage follow-ups and lead pipelines independently
  • Availability to work Pacific Standard Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
