The client is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant to support marketing initiatives and project administration while also assisting with general administrative tasks. This role focuses on increasing business flow, creating demand for large-format properties, and ensuring efficient coordination of ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will combine marketing expertise, creative content development, research capabilities, and strong organizational skills to support business growth and project execution.🛠Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted marketing plans for specific markets such as wedding venues and event planners
- Create engaging digital marketing content including videos, images, and other promotional materials
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist with content creation, research, and marketing prompts
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and compile outreach contact lists
- Perform direct outreach to prospective clients through phone calls, texts, and emails to introduce properties and services
- Monitor marketing campaigns and analyze performance to recommend improvements
- Maintain and update website content related to properties and marketing initiatives
- Administer and manage multiple real estate development projects from start to completion
- Organize and maintain project documentation including legal records, banking details, and communication with attorneys and financial institutions
- Assist in drafting project-related agreements such as purchase agreements using AI tools and provided information
- Track project milestones and ensure timely progress across initiatives
- Conduct research and organization for specialized projects, such as identifying homeschooling programs, structuring schedules, and tracking progress milestones
- Manage and organize email correspondence related to specific projects and operational tasks
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient business operations
- Proven experience in digital marketing including content creation, campaign development, and promotional strategy
- Experience creating video, image, and digital marketing assets
- Proficiency using AI tools such as ChatGPT for research and content generation
- Strong understanding of project management principles with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to engage directly with prospective clients
- Experience with outreach methods including cold calling, texting, and emailing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing complex information and tasks
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving project requirements
