They will also work closely with sales and marketing teams to uncover new leads. Responsibilities Qualify leads through multiple channels, including phone, email, and other approved avenues. Provide accurate product and service information while identifying customer needs. Recommend appropriate solutions or hand off qualified leads to Sales for complex opportunities. Conduct research to understand products, services, and client environments to effectively communicate value propositions. Track and manage leads, opportunities, and activities using CRM software; meet or exceed KPIs. Collaborate with teams, maintain professionalism, and continuously improve knowledge through training. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales, or equivalent, preferably in SaaS subscription-based sales Proven ability to qualify leads Background in international and U.S. logistics across multiple carriers is highly preferred Ability to understand and articulate solutions to meet customer needs, especially in logistics and e-commerce Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written Proficient in using computers and various software applications Show more Show less
