- Experience in restaurant operations, with a preference for experience in a franchise environment. Experience managing foreign or multinational restaurant brands is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of franchising operations, particularly in the food and beverage sector.
- Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and overseeing P&L statements.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams across various departments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, working effectively with both staff and the franchisor's corporate team.
- Strong customer service focus, committed to operational excellence.
- Ability to maintain consistent quality and service throughout all restaurant operations.
- Familiarity with local health regulations and adherence to global franchise standards.
