Senior Graphic Designer

• Design Creation: Produce high-quality, visually engaging designs for a variety of media, including print and digital.
• Typography: Select and manipulate fonts to enhance the readability and aesthetics of the design.
• Image Editing: Edit and manipulate images to improve their quality and relevance within the design.
• Layout Design: Organize and structure elements on a page or screen to create balanced and visually pleasing compositions.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create designs and artwork.
• Client Success Team Collaboration: Work closely with the client success team to understand project requirements, provide design solutions, and incorporate feedback.
• File Preparation: Prepare design files for production, ensuring they meet the required specifications for printing, web, or other media.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs adhere to the brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various platforms.
• Passionate about the elevation of design, researching current and upcoming trends. Providing quarterly analysis on how to implement these updates into standard workflows.

• 4+ years of design experience with increasing responsibility
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or a related field
• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop)
• Proficient in user experience (UX) design
• Dynamic portfolio including a variety of design types and styles
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and computer skills
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback and direction
• Ability to work independently and with a team to create graphics and solve problems
• Good communication skills

• Monthly salary of 30,000
