For more information, please visit fwd.com.ph . 1 Statistics Life 2022 Based on Paid-Up Capital 2 Statistics Life 2022 Based on New Business Annual Premium Equivalent Job Purpose: The CRM Campaigns Associate Manager will build, execute, and manage campaign initiatives to generate and push leads down the conversion funnel. This role will be responsible in overseeing the leads generated from various marketing sources are nurtured, referred to respective conversion touchpoints, and converted to ensure impact of campaigns to customer lifetime value. Key Responsibilities: CRM Campaign Management Build and execute end-to-end leads and CRM campaigns to drive marketing leads generation, leads nurture, acquisition and repurchase conversions. Establish and report campaign measurement - development of campaign metrics, lead generation dashboards, monitoring and adjusting as required. Supports the development of goals to deliver improved open rates, click through rates and YoY increases in profitability from CRM campaigns Work closely with data science, distribution partners and third-party vendors to build and implement CRM campaigns to include email, SMS, etc. Quality control and testing of customer contact rules prior to each CRM campaign activation (email send, other output) Leads Management Establish/utilize leads management platform to ensure monitoring of lead status from capture to conversion, unlock conversion opportunities with sales channels, report initiative performance Implement (and iterate as needed) leads assignment rules for referral to the sales teams Manage marketing opt-outs, able to handle manual opt-out requests at times Handle CRM database cleansing activities in collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure lead information accuracy for every contact in the database Distribution Management and Analytics and Reporting Working with the Distribution Channel in ensuring that objectives are agreed upon, provide analysis and recommendation on the campaigns and cascade timely and actionable reports as agreed with the channels. Requirements: Bachelor's degree holder Minimum of 5 solid years managing CRM campaigns, leads management, and digital marketing. Must be able to showcase the work and take the team through the platforms that he/she is an expert on. Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig Technical Competencies/Skills: Understand database management fundamentals and principles of data segmentation and targeting Familiar with a CRM database and marketing automation platform preferably Salesforce Proficient in full Microsoft Officer suite - intermediate level in Excel, comfortable in using SUMIF, LOOKUP, and pivot tables Excellent presentation skills Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Fun, energetic and oozing with creativity Privacy Notice Your privacy is a priority for FWD.
