Job Description: Drive various projects and initiatives revolving around New user growth, CRM, platform user/buyer growth and process improvement Conduct studies and provide recommendations to management for strategic initiatives through analytics and strong grasp of local market Assist in growing PH business growth by implementing various initiatives and liaising with multiple departments and stakeholders, both locally and on a regional level such as Online Marketing, Marketing Campaigns, Regional Marketing, Local/Regional CRM Ensure the existing processes on New user/buyer, platform user/buyer and CRM initiatives are well established and analyse/identify areas of improvement further. Handle ad-hoc requests and admin related tasks. Requirements: Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management or any relevant study Minimum 2 years' Management Consulting and/or strategy background Experience in SQL is a plus Strong grasp on numbers and proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong problem-solving attitude required Passionate towards learning about the e-commerce industry Excellent communication skills Creative and innovative approach in solving problems Ability to work well independently and across various teams Flexible to work long hours on occasion
