Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing operations team. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedbacks, and identify development opportunities to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Team engagement and culture building: Speaheaded initiatives and organize engagement team building that foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment. Promote strong communication and camaraderie within the team.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce waste, and implement best practices that streamline workflows and enhance overall effectiveness.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure operational alignment with broader business objectives.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations for future improvements.
Qualifications:
5 years of progressive experience in an operations management or leadership role, with a strong emphasis on performance management and process improvement.
Proven expertise in developing, implementing, and monitoring KPIs to drive operational success.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performance teams, with experience in fostering positive team dynamics and organizing team-building activities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in relevant operation software and tools (CRM, project management software).
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
