Job description We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic fintech team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential and existing clients, and supporting strategic partnerships. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that increase market presence and revenue. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Create sales pitches, proposals, and presentations for potential clients. Collaborate with the product team to tailor solutions based on client feedback and market demands. Negotiate and close business deals and partnership agreements. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine business development strategies. Provide regular reports on business development activities and results to Business Development Manager. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or any related field. 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (Fintech or Financial services is a sure advantage). Strong understanding of the fintech industry and market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Sales CRM software and MS Office Suite is an advantage.
