- Use CRM tools like Zoho to manage leads and track conversations
- Talk to professionals in HR, recruitment, and business, both local and international
- Coordinate with the Product, Client Success, and Growth teams to support clients
- Understand the market, the product, and how to sell effectively
- Fresh graduates with internship or leadership experience in school or community activities
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong communicator who listens well and expresses ideas clearly
- Genuinely interested in people and solving problems
- Comfortable speaking with professionals and business decision-makers
- Willing to learn, eager to improve, and ready to be coached
