About the RoleWe’re looking for curious, people-first Gen Zs who are ready to launch their careers in tech and business. If you're a fresh graduate with internship experience or someone who's led student orgs, joined competitions, organized events, or actively contributed to your community, this role is for you.As a Business Development Associate, you will work directly with HR professionals, recruiters, startup founders, and even CEOs from the Philippines and abroad. Your main responsibility is to close sales deals and generate revenue for Kalibrr. You will guide potential clients through our solutions, show them how Kalibrr works, and help them subscribe to the right plan. You don’t need years of experience. What you need is strong communication skills, a love for people, and a mindset that is eager to learn.What You’ll Do
  • Handle sales conversations from start to close, and hit revenue targets
  • Reach out to potential clients, follow up on inquiries, and build strong relationships
  • Conduct product walkthroughs and explain how Kalibrr helps companies hire better
  • Use CRM tools like Zoho to manage leads and track conversations
  • Talk to professionals in HR, recruitment, and business, both local and international
  • Coordinate with the Product, Client Success, and Growth teams to support clients
  • Understand the market, the product, and how to sell effectively
Note: This is a target-driven role.   • Fresh graduates with internship or leadership experience in school or community activities
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communicator who listens well and expresses ideas clearly

  • Willing to learn, eager to improve, and ready to be coached
