- Supporting the Business Learning Team by completing key administrative activities: Assisting with upkeep and maintenance of relevant trackers, lists and sites.
- Inbox management: Responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Facilitating the tracking and recording of various regulatory and compliance requirements for colleagues.
- Facilitating Training: assisting with the sourcing, set up and recording of colleague-led training sessions, and ensuring recording of attendance.
- Onboarding: When required, conducting onboarding training sessions for new colleagues and offshore teams, ensuring they are well-versed in Aon Business Applications and Processes.
- Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Developing and maintaining SOPs and SOP library to ensure consistency and clarity in business processes. Also, Updating and maintenance of quick reference guides.
- Assistance with creation of digital content to modernise traditional F2F training delivery.
- Responsible for ensuring all SharePoint site content for the team and other related sites is kept up to date.
- Project Work: Assisting on various projects as requested by Manager
- Ensure all work is in line with Aon compliance requirements
- Strong administrative and time management skills
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and other generic applications
- A genuine interest in learning new software and applications
- Some SharePoint experience will be highly regarded
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English as you will be corresponding with stakeholders across diverse business areas
- Ability to work autonomously as part of a virtual team, as well as across geographies
