Position Description Provide leadership to the QIAGEN Salesforce operations team in a 24/5 shift approach Work with the local CRM Operations and Development lead and with a team of experienced in-house consultants based in Germany Accountable for high-quality and efficient delivery of all QIAGEN CRM services according to agreed service levels and KPIs Responsible for people management (selection, trainings, appraisal, performance, retention and development) Position Requirements Bachelor&aposs / Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent Over 8 years of relevant experience in a CRM Operations environment.
