- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote WHS/OHS services, training programs, and consultancy expertise.
- Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, email newsletters, blogs, and the company website.
- Manage the company’s online presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Collaborate with consultants to translate technical WHS/OHS content into accessible, client-friendly materials.
- Plan and coordinate events, webinars, and public training promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Optimise marketing campaigns through analytics, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Support sales efforts by developing brochures, proposals, and other collateral materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or professional services.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of WHS/OHS or workplace compliance industries (preferred but not required).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and optimise strategies.
- Experience in event marketing and webinar promotion.
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Familiarity with SEO and Google Analytics.
- Flexibility in work hours and location, with a focus on managing energy rather than time.
