Short Description: We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Assistant to design, execute, and optimise marketing strategies that promote our WHS/OHS services and training programs. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate our technical expertise into compelling, client-focused campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote WHS/OHS services, training programs, and consultancy expertise. Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, email newsletters, blogs, and the company website. Manage the company&aposs online presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging. Collaborate with consultants to translate technical WHS/OHS content into accessible, client-friendly materials. Plan and coordinate events, webinars, and public training promotions. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitor activities. Optimise marketing campaigns through analytics, reporting, and performance reviews. Support sales efforts by developing brochures, proposals, and other collateral materials. Requirements Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or professional services. Strong copywriting and content creation skills. Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms. Knowledge of WHS/OHS or workplace compliance industries (preferred but not required). Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and optimise strategies. Preferred Skills: Experience in event marketing and webinar promotion. Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Familiarity with SEO and Google Analytics.
