Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our growing portfolio of businesses, which include a luxury wellness studio, short-term and long-term rental management, and personal brand content. This role requires a unique blend of social media management, content creation, community engagement, lead calling, administrative support, and property operations management. The right candidate is organized, creative, resourceful, and tech-savvy, with the ability to manage multiple brands and projects while maintaining excellence across all deliverables.Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media & Content ManagementContent Creation & Planning
  • Develop monthly content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Create and edit graphics, photos, and videos aligned with brand tone and audience.
  • Write engaging captions tailored to each brand’s voice.
Content Scheduling & Posting
  • Schedule posts using tools like Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Manage real-time posting of posts, stories, and time-sensitive updates. Community Engagement & Growth
  • Respond to comments and DMs daily.
  • Engage with followers and strategically comment on relevant accounts.
  • Research hashtags, reels, and trending content to grow brand reach.
  • Manage collaborations, giveaways, and influencer/brand partnerships. Analytics & Optimization
  • Track content performance and prepare monthly reports.
  • Stay updated on platform changes and optimize profiles (links, highlights, featured sections).
2. Lead Generation & Sales Support
  • Make outbound calls to warm leads (provided lists) using OpenPhone or similar platforms.
  • Follow up with prospects to book appointments, answer questions, and move them through the funnel.
  • Document lead activity, outcomes, and next steps in CRM/lead tracking systems.
  • Support local marketing initiatives (events, partnerships, campaigns) with timely outreach.
3. Short-Term Rental (STR) Operations Listing Management
  • Update availability, calendars, and pricing for weekends, holidays, and peak events.
  • Monitor competitor listings and adjust strategy accordingly.
Guest Communications
  • Respond promptly to booking inquiries (must consistently meet SLA response times).
  • Handle guest questions/issues during stays with professionalism.
  • Confirm bookings and coordinate calendars.
Turnover & Maintenance
  • Schedule and confirm cleaning turnovers after each booking.
  • Review cleaner updates and photo reports for quality assurance.
  • Coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed.
  • Perform monthly virtual property inspections.
Performance Tracking
  • Monitor occupancy rates and review scores.
  • Adjust pricing and marketing strategy based on performance data.
4. Administrative & Financial Support
  • Collect and organize digital receipts, invoices, and transactions weekly.
  • Enter, categorize, and reconcile expenses in spreadsheets or QuickBooks.
  • Upload and link receipts for tax compliance and audits.
  • Double-check for duplicates, errors, and prepare monthly expense reports.
  • Assist with scheduling and operational coordination in Zenoti for Pause Wellness Studio.
Systems & Tools You’ll Use
  • Content & Design: Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite
  • Wellness & Client Management: Zenoti
  • Communication & Calls: OpenPhone, Gmail, WhatsApp, Zoom/Google Meet
  • Productivity & Docs: Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Finance/Admin: QuickBooks, Excel
  • Hospitality/STR: Airbnb, VRBO, and booking platforms
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or VA roles supporting entrepreneurs.
  • Must be able to write long-form, thought-leadership style posts for LinkedIn that drive meaningful engagement and conversations.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent English (written and spoken) and a confident phone presence for outbound calls.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating all systems/tools listed above.
  • Creative and analytical mindset – able to design engaging content, track performance, and adapt strategy.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple brands/projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solver who can handle guest or client concerns with professionalism.
  • Proactive learner who stays up-to-date on social media, hospitality, and sales best practices.
Benefits
  • Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
Salary : $1200 - $1500 per month
