We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Admin Virtual Assistant to support our client's sales team in Australia. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth sales operations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting key customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Upload, organize, and regularly update leads and contacts in HubSpot to ensure streamlined processes Source missing information from online databases and other relevant sources to enrich lead profiles Assist in fostering relationships with key customers by managing communications, following up on inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Act as the primary contact for HubSpot-related queries across teams Manage and deploy HubSpot projects in line with Marketing and Growth strategies Conduct training sessions to optimize HubSpot usage for sales, marketing, and service teams Lead configuration and optimization of HubSpot to align with sales/marketing goals and best practices Manage technical roadblocks with IT department and external agencies Assist in the creation and formatting of quotes, orders, and other sales-related documents Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information into spreadsheets, databases, and Word documents Organize and maintain records related to sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and assisting with communication tasks We're Looking For Someone Who: Has 2+ years of experience and proficiency with HubSpot Has proven experience in developing and managing relationships with key accounts Possesses strong organisational and administrative skills Communicates clearly and professionally Can work independently with minimal supervision Is highly accurate in data entry and record-keeping Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Delivers excellent customer service Show more Show less
