
Office Secretary

- Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence management.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain office documentation and records.
- Assist in basic bookkeeping, including expense tracking and petty cash management.
- Handle legal documentation processes, including BIR, SEC, and other government-related requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and government agencies as needed.
- Support management in preparing reports and presentations.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and procurement processes are followed.
- Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative, bookkeeping, or office support roles (experience in construction industry is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting tools.
- Knowledge of BIR, SEC, and other legal compliance processes is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
