Description: Organize Partner's/Associate's calendar of appointments, meetings, and other business schedules Answer/place calls of lawyers , relay message to concerned parties Arrange for meeting venues and related requirements Records management Prepare, print, photocopy, collate or bind legal documents, reports, etc. and arrange for prompt delivery to clients, government agencies, other recipients Transcribe documents and reports when necessary Receive visitors and arrange for coffee service Other administrative and office management tasks Duties and Responsibilities: Qualifications: Graduate of a Bachelor's/College degree from a reputable school preferably in Office Administration, Legal Management, Mass Communication, Computer Science or related field Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Good interpersonal skills and a team player Can work well under pressure, with minimum supervision and willing to work long hours Must be assertive, self-starter and able to take directions well Some exposure or experience as a legal secretary will be an advantage Willing to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment Requirements: Skills: Clerical, Good Communication (listening, verbal, written), Leadership/Management, Computer/Technical Literacy, Planning/Organizing, Adaptability/Flexibility, Fast Learner
