  • Performs business requirements gathering from external and internal stakeholders using elicitation techniques and ensures proper documentation of these business requirements
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates client's requirements to implement system solutions to support the client's requirements
  • Translates client requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers or project team
  • Conducts software design sessions with solutions architect and development team to define functionalities of a software for developed product and services
  • Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and activities and creating a project timeline based on the milestones and activities
  • Monitoring of the deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Function as a liaison between business users and the technical team
  • Conducts regular checkpoints or meetings with the business users to ensure that issues are appropriately addressed
  • Conducts functional testing of software releases and ensures that it is aligned with the business requirements
  • Monitors software problems of developed products and services from problem reporting to resolution
  • Supports project delivery by working with the project team to document and coordinate user acceptance testing and training plans
  • Provides the necessary support to ensure that all issues encountered during user acceptance test are properly addressed and resolved on a timely manner
  • Manages development of developed products and services, features, and enhancements as aligned with each product’s roadmap
  • Conducts risk assessment with project team for identifying risks ang mitigating plans for each assigned project
  • Consolidates and validates build packages and patches, as endorsed by the quality analyst for proper commercial versioning and documentation, and handover to the implementation team
  • Formulates pricing strategies in delivering product to the marketplace
  • Researches on new technologies for use in improving usage of the product
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Studies, or equivalent
  • Three years of working experience in related field is required for this position
  • Junior Executive experience specializing in Marketing or Business Development is an advantage
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently
