We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead business analysis for large, complex projects. You will work with stakeholders to align objectives, identify opportunities, and define scope, while managing the elicitation and validation of requirements. The role includes developing solutions, facilitating workshops, serving as a liaison between business and technical teams, mentoring analysts, and promoting best practices to advance business analysis methodologies within the organization.Requirements:

At least 2 Years of Experience.
Software/platforms required: Zendesk
Proficiency in Developing Data Visualization
Proficiency in Data Mining
Highly Skilled in Google Sheets
Proficiency in Data Structure
Proficiency in Telling Stories in Numbers
Lean Six Sigma Certified (White)
2+ Years Experience in Reports Analytics or Business Analytics
IT or Related Courses Graduate

Develop innovative solutions and business cases to address business challenges and opportunities.
Provide guidance and mentorship to other business analysts.
Ensure adherence to business analysis standards and best practices.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, effectively communicating complex information.
Contribute to the development of business analysis methodologies and tools within the organization.
