- A Senior Business Analyst in a multi-phase ERP transformation program, covering both SAP and Oracle ERP platforms.
- Conduct end-to-end business analysis including requirement elicitation, gap analysis, current/future state mapping, and stakeholder alignment.
- Collaborate directly with C-level, Executives and other stakeholders, confidently facilitating Workshops to discovery sessions
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Evaluate, recommend, and drive process improvements across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, and Manufacturing domains.
- Serve as a thought leader and SME in ERP best practices, system integration, data migration, and business readiness.
- Lead and mentor junior BAs and SMEs, promoting consistency in analysis practices and documentation standards.
- Support system configuration reviews, user acceptance testing (UAT), and cutover planning from a business process perspective.
- Create and deliver high-quality presentations, process flows, business cases, and executive updates.
- Manage cross-functional workshops involving IT, vendors, business users, and external consultants.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years focused on ERP transformation programs.
- Hands-on experience with both SAP (ECC/S4 HANA) and Oracle ERP (EBS, Cloud Fusion) - ideally across full lifecycle implementations.
- Deep domain knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, or Manufacturing - with the ability to challenge assumptions and propose best-in-class solutions.
- Proven experience working in large-scale, cross-functional ERP programs - preferably in enterprise/global environments.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and presentation skills - must be able to present to executive stakeholders with clarity and authority.
- Strong documentation skills using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or ERP systems (SAP/Oracle functional certifications).
- Experience in Agile/Hybrid delivery environments.
- Prior experience managing third-party system integrators or vendors
- Familiarity with data migration and reporting/analytics requirements in ERP programs.
