We are seeking a highly driven and tech-savvy professional to serve as a Project Manager with Executive and Personal Support responsibilities . This role goes far beyond traditional executive assistant work-it requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment, can think critically, and is comfortable solving problems independently. You'll act as a critical partner to the CEO, ensuring priorities are executed seamlessly across business and personal matters. From managing complex projects and coordinating with stakeholders to handling sensitive personal logistics, you'll play a vital role in keeping both the business and the CEO's life running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Project & Account Management Own cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Track tasks, dependencies, and timelines to maintain alignment across teams. Act as the main point of contact for external partners, vendors, and stakeholders. Proactively follow up on commitments and keep communication flowing smoothly. Support key business relationships and ensure consistent, professional interactions. Executive Support Translate CEO priorities into actionable project and task plans. Optimize calendar management, ensuring time is allocated effectively. Draft, proof, and manage high-level email communications with clarity and professionalism. Coordinate complex travel schedules and logistics with precision. Support company events, leadership retreats, and other high-visibility initiatives. Personal Support Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist with personal scheduling, travel, and family logistics. Manage personal appointments and sensitive matters as needed. Provide trusted support in balancing professional and personal demands. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in project management, account management, or executive support. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven start-up environment . Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Strong written communication and email management abilities. Tech-savvy with advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail). Comfortable managing ambiguity and independently solving problems.
