
Sales Support Officer

- Manage the full CPQ process (quoting, purchase orders, and invoicing) to support the sales cycle.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in the CPQ tool and CRM system.
- Ensure quotes and documentation are accurate, timely, and aligned with sales processes.
- Identify and apply process workarounds when required, ensuring minimal disruption to sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support deal progression and provide operational assistance.
- Use Microsoft Excel for reporting, data validation, and supporting sales-related activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).
- Familiarity with:
- CRM: HubSpot
- CPQ: MobileForce
- Accounting: QuickBooks
- Ability to follow structured sales processes while adapting to exceptions.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Full-time remote role aligned to AEST business hours.
- Training and onboarding on all sales systems and tools.
- Exposure to global SaaS sales operations and CPQ processes.
