- Experience in Technical Industry as a Trainer (Desirable)
- Experience in Customer Service or Learning and Development field
- Experience in developing training modules
- Ability to perform training on training development
- Exceptional English (verbal and written)
- Assist in the design, scheduling, and delivery of training programs, workshops, and seminars, ensuring they meet organizational goals.
- Design and implement robust career path programs for employees, inclusive of individual development plans.
- Handle all logistical aspects of training sessions, including venue arrangements, materials preparation, and participant communication.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation, tracking employee participation and progress in learning programs.
- Collect and analyse feedback from training participants to assess program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and update training materials, resources, and tools to ensure they are current and relevant.
- Prepare reports on training activities, participation, and outcomes to inform leadership on the impact of Technical Trainer initiatives.
