About the job The HR Officer for Learning & Development and Organizational Development develops training programs, facilitates the enhancement of organizational culture, gauges employee performance, and reviews current development programs to ensure linkage to the company goals. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Development Management, Behavioral Sciences, Research, and other Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job With at least three (5) years of relevant experience on the same industry - ENERGY, POWER or CONSTRUCTION company. Candidate must be willing to work onsite- Don Chino Roces, Makati City Minimum Skills Must have strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and associates both internally and externally Experience in learning management system and administration With intermediate to advance knowledge in using MS Office tools Ability to work on relevant projects and supervise HR Specialists Decent grip of the English language DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT Supervises the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company; Designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees; Monitors and reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments; Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance; Determines measures to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance; and Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the President and HR Manager ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT Conducts organizational assessments on the company's current structure, culture and processes and identifies areas for improvement; Develops and implements strategies to improve the organization's performance efficiency and effectiveness; Conducts focus group discussion with employees to gather feedback on programs and check the pulse of the workforce on the existing company set up and policies; Analyzes data and creates report to identify trends and opportunities for improvement; Collaborates with other department to ensure that the organization is aligned with its mission and vision; Promotes a culture of continuous improvement within the organization and help it adapt to changes in the industry; Provides supervision to HR Specialist for Learning and Development and Employee Movement; Consults with HR Manager on performance, organizational and leadership matters; and Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the President and HR Manager Submit your application now and get interviewed.
