Responsibilities Manage and develop strategic relationships with key EPCs, installers, and Distributors in Philippines. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for solar inverters and battery solutions . Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding account revenue. Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, service) to ensure seamless pre- and post-sales support. Prepare sales forecasts, proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts. Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs in the region. Monitor payment collection and support the finance team in minimizing outstanding dues. Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings. Maintain CRM system with accurate and timely customer data and activity reports. Qualifications 3+ years' experience in solar inverter or battery energy storage sales (B2B experience preferred). Experience in key account project management and direct business development is preferred. Keen market insight, excellent communication and coordination skills, negotiation skills, and adaptability. Strategic thinking in regional sales layout and planning. Strong understanding of the Philippines solar market and ability to work independently. Willingness to travel across the region as required.
