The Structured Finance Business Development Officer performs credit evaluation and analysis of large infrastructure and energy project financing, cross-border loans and bonds investments, and other structured credits duly assigned by the Division Head in accordance with the approved credit work plan. He/She writes and presents comprehensive credit proposals in compliance with the Bank's credit evaluation standards, credit policies and procedures, and application regulatory guidelines within the prescribed turn-around time. He/she is also tasked of analyzing potential market opportunities as aligned with the Bank's credit evaluation standards. Responsibilities Conducts client interviews and project meetings. Performs credit and financial analyses, risk projections, and recommends credit risk ratings. Reviews assigned accounts and projects periodically. Assists in loan monitoring and compliance checking. Participates in client calls, meetings, and visits. Analyzes market opportunities. Assists in restructuring proposals and loan workouts. Prepares and reviews internal credit reports and monitors expenses. Coordinates with internal audit, risk, compliance, and other administrative functions. Monitors credit portfolios and provides periodic reports to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree of any Business, Economics, Accountancy, or Finance Course Preferably with at least 5 years work experience, with at least 2 years in credit evaluation and analysis and Corporate Banking products and services Strong analytical, marketing, and people management skills With background on Credit and Financial Risk Analyses Show more Show less
