- Conducts constant and up-to-date market research and identifying potential clients and new business opportunities and partners;
- Researches trending, bestseller, and timely products for in-house influencers and vertical creator accounts;
- Ensures that product sets of influencers and creator accounts are updated for livestreams, more importantly during campaign schedules;
- Ensures that product links and product IDs are working and coordinates with the sellers or TikTok A;
- Escalates concerns regarding support and products to TikTok MCN manager and POCs and/or brands respectively
- Coordinates the delivery of samples or stocks from brand partners to team leaders;
- Nurtures a strong professional relationship with the TikTok POCs for smoother transactions, new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships;
- Collects product video IDs from production team and fills out MCN resource application and MCN tracker for boosting and subsidy support purposes whenever needed;
- Constantly aligns with the operations team and management on matters relevant to tasks assigned;
- Assists with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference materials, and other documents as required whenever needed;
- Prepares reports relevant to tasks assigned;
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, partners, and clients;
- Accomplishes relevant tasks assigned by the management;
- Designing and overseeing all aspects of our marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Developing and monitoring campaign budgets.
- Planning and managing our social media platforms.
- Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Working with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
