Cluster Category Manager (Procurement Manager) The Cluster Category Manager leads all aspects of procurement activities for a specific category within an assigned cluster, aligning local execution with global and regional strategies. This role drives cost optimization, handles key supplier relationships, and cultivates collaboration with business partners while ensuring compliance and value delivery. As the Cluster Category Manager, you will Lead and carry out sourcing plans for your assigned category, making sure they match both global direction and local business needs. Work closely with Global Category Managers to bring strategies to life at the cluster level in a practical and effective way. Look for opportunities to save costs and improve processes, helping the business get the best value from suppliers. Partner with key teams and collaborators to understand their needs and make sure procurement supports their goals. Manage relationships with important suppliers, making sure they perform well and follow agreements. Make sure all purchasing activities follow company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements Who Are We Looking For Education University degree or equivalent experience Work Experience Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role (procurement manager) within a multinational manufacturing environment/industry Language Skills Good command of English for daily business communication Technical Skills Proficient in MS Office tools Experienced in using SAP Functional & Leadership Skills Strong leadership and people management skills Critical thinking, particularly in procurement and category management Effective partner engagement and supplier relationship management Solid eye for business and understanding of the operating environment Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong interpersonal and decision-making abilities Skilled in financial analysis and leading internal/external partnerships Ability to identify and apply process efficiencies Are you ready to join us Build your success story at JTI.
