What You'll Do Lead HR functions including employee welfare programs, statutory compliance, and policy implementation. Support leaders in performance management and employee relations. Oversee the full procurement cycle: sourcing, bidding, supplier evaluation, and contract management. Manage administrative services such as third-party agency relations, billing, contracts, and utilities. Act as the petty cash custodian and recommend improvements to admin processes. What We're Looking For Bible believing Christian and preferably a part of a Discipleship group Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). At least 5 years of experience in HR, Administration, or Procurement, with 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, statutory compliance, and procurement practices. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS/procurement systems a plus. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
