The HR Solutions Specialist plays a vital role in supporting global HRS systems and tools, enabling process automation, and driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. Based in the Philippines, this position provides dedicated technical and operational support for platforms like ServiceNow HRSD (administration), Various analytical tools, and Microsoft suite. The primary function of this role is to maintain and optimize key HRS technologies, streamline workflows, and collaborate with global teams to accelerate HRS initiatives and improve service delivery. Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow HRSD catalog as an Admin with configuration experience, ensuring accuracy and usability Create and manage reports and dashboards to support HR analytics using a variety of tools and systems Own and administer Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.) Support access provisioning and maintenance for global Quality, ZIC, and future applications Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HR Ops technology rollouts Develop and deliver training materials and how-to guides for HR tools and processes Provide ad-hoc technical support and process automation (e.g., Excel macros, Power Automate, etc.) Act as a solutions champion within the HRS Ops team, promoting best practices and innovation Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field 3 to 5 years of experience in HR systems support, reporting, or process enablement Proficiency in ServiceNow serving as an HRSD admin with configuration experience Experience with supporting Data Analytics, using multiple media platforms Using and configuring Microsoft Power Platform applications Strong analytical and reporting skills Experience with UAT coordination and documentation Excellent communication and training skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Experience collaborating with enterprise IT or platform governance teams is a plus Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to train and support global teams with clarity Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities independently Collaborative mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
