Operations Manager Max's Restaurant GuamMax's Restaurant Guam is looking for an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to lead our restaurants daily operations. As part of one of the most recognized restaurant chains in the Pacific, we are committed to delivering authentic Filipino cuisine with exceptional service. This role is vital to maintaining our brand standards and driving continued success on the island of Guam.Key Responsibilities:Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house managementImplement operational strategies to improve efficiency, service quality, and overall profitabilityMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive steps to enhance performanceFoster a positive team culture through staff training, development, and mentorshipEnsure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff to maintain high customer satisfactionManage supply chain logistics, inventory, and purchasing while maintaining cost controlsCollaborate with marketing to execute promotions and seasonal campaignsOversee hiring, onboarding, and ongoing evaluation of team membersEnsure the restaurant complies with food safety standards, local regulations, and company policiesAddress and resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional mannerMaintain facility cleanliness and ensure all equipment is functioning properlyPrepare financial reports, set budgets, and analyze revenue trendsBuild and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliersRequired Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Nutrition, Hospitality Management, or a related fieldProven experience in restaurant operations with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management roleDemonstrated success managing high-volume restaurant operationsStrong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesSkilled in using restaurant management tools and Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of food safety, cost control, inventory management, and budgetingFlexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidaysExperience working in culturally diverse teamsKnowledge of Guams local health and safety regulations is preferredFluency in English requiredWork Authorization:This position is open to international applicants and will be processed under the H-1B visa program for employment in Guam, a U.S. territory.
