Responsibilities: Spearhead the development and implementation of talent strategies for a designated line of service Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent management and capability development Build and sustain high-performing, inclusive team environments across the employee lifecycle Lead initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and overall well-being Partner with leaders to enable sound, data-informed talent decisions Integrate the firm's people strategy into everyday operations and practices Champion a culture of inclusion and belonging across teams Utilize data-driven insights to shape and guide talent strategies What You Must Have: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related discipline At least 10 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in an HR Business Partner or Talent Consultant role Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Experience in strategic workforce planning and succession management Strong stakeholder management and business advisory skills Experience leading change management and communication planning initiatives Proficiency in HR systems, particularly Workday Strong project management and facilitation capabilities Strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to simplify complex matters Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on inclusive leadership
