- Achieve gross profit and revenue sales targets.
- Monitor and verify accounts receivables (Current AR vs. Total AR).
- Oversee provincial warehouse utilization and manage Sales Specialists nationwide.
- Set revenue targets for each channel and category, and develop strategic plans to achieve them.
- Implement strategies to maximize gross profit per channel and category.
- Expand the customer base by integrating new products into existing channels and categories.
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to enhance skills, productivity, and performance.
- Develop and oversee marketing strategies, including digital marketing, website management, and inbound sales from online platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, inbound strategies, and online sales platforms.
- Previous success as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in construction materials or FMCG.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage a high-performing team.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing sales systems and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
- Willing to conduct site visits nationwide.
- Open to working onsite in West Avenue, Quezon City.
