His/her primary responsibility will be to provide strategic financial analysis, planning, and support to the Commercial Finance team. He/she will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and senior management, to drive business growth, optimize financial performance, and ensure effective resource allocation. What are the Roles and Responsibilities Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess the company&aposs commercial performance, identify trends, and highlight opportunities for improvement. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the commercial budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with the commercial team to set realistic targets and track performance against goals. Pricing and Margin Analysis: Analyze product pricing, profit margins, and sales trends to optimize pricing strategies and maximize profitability. Business Partnering: Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to provide financial insights, evaluate new business opportunities, support contract negotiations, and drive profitability. Financial Planning: Assist in the development of strategic business plans and financial models to guide decision-making and resource allocation. Performance Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to communicate commercial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management. What are the Qualifications Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and commercial finance. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions. Excellent knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations. Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience in business partnering and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
