The Cold Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S., introducing All Star Merchant's payment gateway services, identifying decision-makers, and setting appointments for the sales team. This is a performance-driven role for someone with confidence, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective business clients.
- Pitch All Star Merchant’s payment gateway features and benefits clearly and professionally.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Handle objections and answer basic questions about services.
- Record call details and lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with warm leads and maintain consistent communication.
- Meet or exceed weekly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation (B2B sales preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Goal-driven with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, call dialers, and remote tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment (remote setup).
- Experience in merchant services, fintech, or payment processing.
- Knowledge of common payment gateway terms and business pain points.
