We are looking for a motivated and professional Cold Caller to join our team in the merchant services industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a confident speaking voice, and prior experience in cold calling. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, introducing our services, overcoming objections, and scheduling qualified appointments.Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce merchant services and payment solutions.
- Engage prospects in professional conversations to understand their business needs.
- Effectively handle objections and provide clear, persuasive responses.
- Set appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed daily/weekly calling and appointment-setting targets.
- Work independently while contributing to the overall team’s success.
- Knowledge of merchant services or payment processing solutions.
- Experience working with CRM tools for tracking leads and performance.
- Fluent in English with a neutral or professional accent.
- Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in merchant services, payments, or financial services.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections confidently.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
