Job Title: Head, Business OperationsLocation: Makati CityJob Overview:We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to support the Philippines Advisory Delivery Center. The role is critical in driving operational excellence, financial discipline, and strategic alignment within the Consulting business group. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic priorities, resource optimization, and stakeholder engagement.Key Responsibilities:
Fiscal Year Planning: Actively contribute to the strategic planning process for the Advisory Delivery Center, shaping business direction and annual priorities.
Budget Preparation: Prepare, manage, and monitor the centers budget, ensuring effective resource allocation aligned with organizational objectives.
Cost Control & Optimization: Provide insights and recommendations to drive cost control, identify automation opportunities, and ensure efficient business operations.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with Administration, HR, Finance, Resource Management, and other business units to support seamless delivery of Consulting operations.
Accounts Receivable Management: Maintain a healthy accounts receivable cycle by ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
Strategic Recruitment Direction: Define recruitment strategies and sourcing channels in collaboration with the talent acquisition team to attract and retain top talent.
Monthly & Ad-Hoc Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly reports and analyses that provide insights for decision-making and track performance against goals.
Financial Reconciliation: Deliver timely reports and reconcile financials with KPMG member firms to ensure accuracy and alignment.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with business leaders, providing data-driven insights and operational support to achieve financial and strategic goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
Proven experience in business operations, financial management, or advisory services, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment.
Strong financial planning, budgeting, and cost-control expertise.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to lead strategic recruitment initiatives and align talent strategies with business needs.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other business intelligence or reporting tools.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
