- Design and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to grow the companys footprint in both power generation and retail electricity markets.
- Lead market segmentation, competitive analysis, and customer profiling to identify and seize high-value opportunities.
- Expand corporate customer base and partnerships within utilities, industrial, and large enterprise segments.
- Direct the national sales team to meet revenue targets and growth KPIs.
- Define sales strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market plans that reflect market demand and customer needs.
- Foster long-term relationships with key clients, government agencies, and industry stakeholders to grow recurring revenue streams.
- Oversee day-to-day commercial functions including contract negotiation, pricing approvals, service delivery tracking, and customer onboarding.
- Implement sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes to improve forecasting, deal velocity, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations, and finance to ensure aligned business goals.
- Develop brand positioning and integrated campaigns across digital, PR, events, and traditional marketing channels.
- Oversee content creation, communications, and messaging to strengthen the companys presence in the energy and utilities space.
- Utilize data-driven marketing tactics and CRM tools to optimize lead generation and conversion.
- Own the commercial budget, marketing ROI, and sales performance dashboards.
- Monitor revenue trends and implement action plans to achieve financial goals.
- Deliver regular executive updates and business reviews to senior leadership.
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing organization.
- Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Lead talent development programs and succession planning within the commercial function.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards related to commercial contracts, customer rights, and energy market rules.
- Manage operational risks and uphold ethical standards in all commercial transactions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years in sales, marketing, or commercial operations, with a strong background in utilities, energy, or B2B services.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of power generation, retail electricity supply, and the Philippine energy regulatory environment.
